Napoleonic Paint Colours
The Foundry paints are great for Napoleonic uniform colours! I got out my Foundry paint pots straight away I started this project. It’s so good and convenient to have the uniform colours already mixed and ready. Not only that but every colour hue has a tint and a shade to go with it. I found that using just one colour and a highlight worked best for me. After all, the figures are rather tiny! One good thing about this is that you can vary uniform colours slightly by using a shade highlighted by a hue on one figure and hue highlighted by a tint on another. For example: shades and hues for the rank and file, hues and tints for officers.
